Insurance Enrollment Status

We are currently in the process of completing our enrollment as a provider with Virginia Medicaid and participating commercial insurance plans. Once our enrollments are finalized, we will be able to provide covered disposable medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and Personal Emergency Response Systems to eligible Virginia members. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving individuals and families throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Please check back for updates on our accepted insurance plans.
