Our team is made up of experienced case managers with a collective 100 years of experience working within the Medicaid system. Throughout our careers, we have helped individuals and families navigate complex healthcare systems, connect with vital community resources, and advocate for the services they need. Those experiences have shown us firsthand how important timely access to medical supplies and equipment can be to a person's health.

Driven by that passion, we established Commonwealth Medical Equipment & Supplies with a vision of making the process of obtaining high-quality disposable medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and Personal Emergency Response Systems more accessible and customer-focused.
